I have an older Sony STR AV1020 receiver/amp, which requires a separate amp to drive the center channel. Up till now I'd used the TV speaker for this purpose, but because of a change in setup, needed a dedicated amp. The Audiosource AMP-100 fills the bill perfectly. I have it bridged mono, driving a Bose center channel speaker. Sounds great.

I have two of these, one for each stereo channel. You must have a pre-amp or pc because there is no input selector (which is good, because it means less moving parts / relay contacts that can go bad).
Using two mono amps reduces crosstalk frequently experienced with more conventional setups.
I wish the bridge switch would leave a sturdier impression.
