The BIC V1520 is absolutely outstanding! I purchased one for our home theater and after hearing it, bought another for our family room. Authentic reproduction of very low bass without the artificial boom of some subs. My main speakers are JBL pro 15's with horns and I run them from a Mackie M1400i - the V1520 sounds like it was perfectly matched to the system. [...] These were my first two purchases and will not be my last.

Quality Product and a Great Price [...]. My wife doesn't like it because it's too much bass, so it was just what I was looking for.

I researched powered subwoofers for quite some time and you simply can't beat the quality of this sub for the price. It sounds excellent and has all the features you would ever need. I use this sub in my dedicated home theater and it performs perfectly. Adjust the volume up and it will shake your walls, or turn it down for just the right amount of bass. I would highly recommend this sub, especially for home theater application.

I have owned the 12" version of this, the V1220 for roughly 5 years now. There were no problems and I was rather impressed for the amount of money. I now have a larger room and the 15" literally shakes the walls. Very happy with and I doubt Ill ever need the 7 year warranty(still nice to have though).
