The installation guide is pretty much useless. I had to play around with my bluetooth settings for a while before it worked properly. When I first started the software it was not showing any maps and could not find my location. For some reason it started with the assumption that I was on 0 degrees longitude and 0 degrees latitude (somewhere in Africa I guess). It obviously did not have the map for it and could not find the appropriate satellites. Once the problem was identified and corrected, it worked fine. Too bad it does not say the street name in the spoken directions. It can be very confusing to know which of the numerous street to turn to when the only thing you know is that it's in 0.1 miles.
Routes created on the desktop software cannot be transferred to the GPS10. This is a minor inconvenience.
