I purchased an additional Reporter Intercom unit at the same time I purchased the original two unit system. It proved to be an extra level of convienience on othe main floor of our home when communication with the basement unit was needed. All 3 units have performed flawlessly.

I purchased 3 of these and one had very limited range. The manufacturer has said they will replace it. Hopefully it will work as the others.
