Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
The Speck Products Tough Skin met all of my expectations and more. It not only protects the Q admirably, it keeps it from sliding off a car dash or island. The belt clip, however is practically worthless. It holds the Q in the Tough Skin so firmly, it is practically impossible to get it out to answer or to place a call. It might work well with a Bluetooth headset if one didn't have to access the keypad.
