It took a few more days to get than I ws told but not bad. I am very happy wiht the performance and would purchase it again if I ever needed one.

This is the first transcriber I have ever used. It was a bit un-nerving at first with all the features, buttons and ways to adjust sound speed and tone, not to mention the footpedal. Within MINUTES I was very comfortable using this product and knew I would be successful. I am VERY happy with this product and at such a great price, too!
