The product by itself is fine. However im dissapointed by the service provider. Although i hadnt heard of Beach Audio, the only reason bought this western digital is because they were offering it in pink for this price. On opening the package, i found they has sent a Black one !! I could have simply ordered it from [...]instead :-((
