Strange, but true - not every desk is designed with a computer in mind. I know its hard to believe in this day and age, but whatever. I actually use this for my 16 1/2" wide dvd player on the bottom and my dish network box on top. I have the grey one so it works with my bedroon decor. I also use one at work for my monitor.

We have a large Metal Art stand that we've had for a few years. We decided to put our printer on the big one and get the Metal Art Jr. for a new Apple monitor with the center stand.

These are beautifully designed stands and super stable. My only regret is that they don't have a taller version that I could buy.

This is a simple product, but it works just as promised. It lifts my lcd monitor to a level I can see. And it has room for a few supplies underneath. My encyclopedia goes back on the shelf!

This solid, versatile metal platform has no equal.....indestructable, will last a lifetime......and serves several applications: platform for fax, telephone, computer, printer, scanner, with space for storage items.......lastly, it's inexpensive and worth 20 times the cost........

Perfect for printers too

I bought this because the desks in uni dorm rooms are never big enough, and I was having difficulty fitting my laser printer and hi-fi amplifier on the same desk. This does the job perfectly, unlike a printer stand it doesn't have useless drawers underneath, and unlike most monitor stands, it actually lifts the screen up a decent amount so I can fit something useful underneath. Decent price as well.

This stand brought my LCD monitor to just the right height for ergonomic viewing. Plus it made more room to put external drives under. Highly recommended.
