The WET200 Wireless Bridge seamlessly bridges separate Ethernet networks together wirelessly and is ideal for small businesses with offices and resources that are in different office suites of a building or a closely adjacent building. The WET200 is a Power over Ethernet (PoE) end device so it can be installed anywhere an Ethernet cable can be run if there is not ready access to a power outlet. PoE enables delivery of both data and power to the WET200.

Comments about Linksys Linksys Wet200 802.11g Wireless Bridge:
OK it was easy to set up WEP. That's about all I can say that is good. NONE of the WPA settings worked. I have two of these and I can not get them to talk to eachother with any security mode other than WEP. [...] Don't buy this if you want to use any security other than WEP.

Linksys WET200 802.11g Wireless Bridge
is about twice as large as the older 802.11b Linksys bridge. When I got it, it took about 15 minutes to set up including 5 minutes I spent wondering what the included plastic legs are for (I never figured that out and threw them away). The device comes with a quick install guide as well as a full PDF manual on a CD. The quick install guide is both simple and operating system-independent. You set it up using web-based interface (no CD with programs or drivers to install). After following simple and short set-up procedure I was connected to my WEP encrypted home network in no time. The connection speed was good but not impressive (I have 10-11Mbps with wired connection and 2-4Mbps with this bridge).
I have been using Linksys WET200 802.11g Wireless Bridge for about a month now. So far I have no complaints about it.
