The overall design with the ear clip is very good. The ear clip flexibility is useful. The multiple gel caps for the best fit is definitely the way to go. The only drawback being the 2.5mm jack. This makes it not suitable for VOIP. A 2.5mm to 3.5mm audio and microphone dual plugs should have been included.
