Comments about Nady Nady Rpa-6 6-channel 120-watt Portable Sound System (nady Rpa6):

I spent a fair amount of time shopping around for a good portable PA system. I'm glad I went with the Nady Rpa-6. I have a couple of 3 and 4 piece Celtic groups, which play for smaller venues. When I travel, I have to fit an upright bass, folk harp, and a bodhran into my Hyundai Elantra, so I need a small but powerful PA system.

I have just purchased this unit and haven't had the opportunity to test it at a gig situation, but I'm guessing (hoping) that it will do the job. I have played my electric bass through it, and it serves as a nice bass amp. It also sounded good with a celtic harp playing through it with a keyboard pad underneath.

I am anxious to see how it performs with a bouzouki, bodhran, tin whistle, flute, bass, and vocal mic all mixed together. (I will try to update my, review once find out.)

The knobs are all small, but what can you expect for a 6-channel PA that only costs $[...]? This is the only 6-channel portable PA system that was affordably priced. Unless you are playing solo, 4-channel systems are probably way too small. At a minimum, our 3 piece group needs 4, preferably 5 inputs simultaneously.

The reverb is not great, but it isn't horrible either. The pull-up handle and rollerblade wheels are very convenient for moving this system around.
