So far so good, although I haven't had this product a long time it seems very nice. The bottom doesn't drag-so I don't have to worry about damaging the material. It also hold alot more than what it looks like- I actually have my computer, a full size zipper day planner, books, my accessories for my computer and all the little stuff you wouldn't be without packed into it.
