I had just upgraded my processor and was in need of a new power supply. After doing my research I opted for this unit. The installation was relatively painless and this unit is quiet. I don't have enough components in my PC to max out the 850w but it works well with what I have. AMD 6000+ (129w tpd), 2 SATA Drives, DVD burner, Nvidia 7950 GTX video and a bunch of USB devices.[...].
