Cable seems to be pretty high quality. No connectivity issues between the dock connector and iPod. Charging feature is fantastic. IPod will also pause itself when you turn the car off (as long as you're hooked up to power that switches on and off with the ignition). EXACTLY what I needed here to complete a professional looking iPod install in my car. Only issue I recall is that you don't get 6 feet of cable to play with. I did not take an exact measurement, but as long as you're not trying to make it to the backseats, you'll probably be fine.
