I was leery of buying ACT! but I needed its functions. I have seen none of the problems that people kept reporting. I really believe that it was older versions, not the ACT! 2008 v.10. It loaded without problems and, even though it took me a little bit of time to understand, I was able to make it look like I wanted it.

I am just starting to use it to organize my contacts. It appears that it will be a big help.
