I work in an evironment where HVAC and equipment noise is a constant issue. for the price these are great headphones and my employees like the plug so they can listen to their MP3 players while working. Battery life could be a bit longer but rechargables work fine. are they top of the line? No...but they are great headphones.

I bought it because of the cord rewind/storage feature and all-in-one style. I love those features, but the headband needs padding. Also, I would prefer a fold-flat design. The baseball-sized lump it folds into doesn't fit very well in my computer case. Used it on a trip to/from Korea and it worked fine.

These headphonbes are great for reducing noise on board airplanes. It also makes it easier to hear movie sound without cranking up the volume to overcome the background noise.
The retractable cord is convenient for connecting to my iPod. I put it in my pocket and wander around the airplane unrestrained. It really helps reduce the stress of traveling.
I like the carrying pouch because I can keep my iPod and headphones in the same place. I just put the pouch in my backpack when I travel and don't have to worry about what pocket I've left the iPod in.
I also use it at home for listening to music without bothering other family members. The insulation is so good, no sound escapes the outer shell even at moderately high volume.
These headphones are comfortable and have a good sound. They also fold away to a very manageable size and the retractable cord is a nice feature. My teenage daughter wore them on a long trip and was very pleased with them.
