This is the my first MP3 player. For a first time user, this player is super easy to set-up and use. The sound quality is great. I also like the FM tuner and voice recorder. Definitely a purchase I won't regret.

This player has one really big problem. On most of the windows machines you plug it into it will not show up as a drive in My Computer. After searching the forums I see that this is a common problem and a firmware upgrade is required to make this work. That is pretty sad since most users will no know to search the forums for this solution. I bought this for my dad (no a computer wiz) and he thought he was doing something wrong. Shame on you Sandisk!
