    I bought this as a christmas gift for my wife and she loves it. The player is ruggedly made and fairly easy to use. No extra software has to be loaded on your pc in order to transfer files or create playlists it is all done with windows media player or just by dragging and dropping files into the desired folder on the player. The onboard battery lasts about 6 hours or so but only takes a couple hours to recharge. All in all a good deal for the money and more versital than an ipod.
