the woodward fab super duty shrinker stretcher is a heavily constructed machine designed to create repair panels for wheel opening, window channels, cab corners, etc. You can produce curves as tight as 3" diameter and the 3" throat depth allows working material much deeper than standard shrinker stretchers.
