I have owned this mp3 dock for sometime now and I have a to say that I love it. I am a n avid canoer and kayaker, and I was in search of music for my excursions. I tell you this is the product. Now I can go down the river in style and not have to worry about getting my iPod, or even my iPhone wet, as I take that on my longer trips down river.

I use this product every day on a construction job site.It plays for 8 hours a day and lasts almost all week before I need a recharge. The unit protects my Ipod fron dust, dirt and damage. The case is unbreakable, it has been knocked over etc, the Ipod still looks like new.I also use it with my XM radio for a little variation in entertainment.I would recomend this unit to anyone,I also purchased one for my brothers birthday.The only short fall is a little more volume would be good,and maybe a version with a builtin rechargeable battery with waterproof connection so unit would not have to be opened to replace or recharge batterys.All in all a great product.

great product. i should have bought it the 1st time i saw it. i go canoing a few times a year, in an area that there isn't any fm reception and more than one cd player has taken a dive. my girlfriend leaned a lil too far and rolled us this past sun. the atlantic player just floated on down the creek, it never missed a beat, i retrieved it and kept rockin on down the river. i wouldn't mind a lil more volume, but was great for this trip. at times the volume would get lower because of the air inside heating up and putting preasure on the speakers, limiting there ability to move air and create sound waves. i would open it , the air preassure would even out and the volume would return to normal. a preassure relief valve would be nice, instead of having to open the front cover, if any of the designers happen to read this.(and i want royalties)batteries have lasted 6 hours, and still going. 4 double a's which makes it inexpensive, especially compared to most portable radios that use c and d's

The most useful way to use this with zune is to set a continuous playlist and let it run. The tuner dial on the zune and this product does not line up well. Would probably be more ideal for ipods however still a useful product.

Sound is surprizingly loud & clear, product is well constructed and i am hopefull that it will withstand the abuse i will be putting it though this summer when i take it to every river & lake in the area!
