This is a great mic kit for the music student who wants to record and review their music skills, and can easily be used to create demo tracks. Like all condenser mics, these are sensitive to shock and dampness, so use them in a quiet indoor setting. The included Cakewalk software (LE) is awesome. It is versatile but is way too complex for my current needs, so I use the free Audacity software instead.
