Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Installation was easy. Product guide with limited information. LCD display fades in bright light. Bluetooth and A2DP functionality is decent. Memory dial and other phone apps need use of remote which can be clumsy. Haven't tried pairing with multiple devices. Sound output is decent on stock speakers. Front panel USB good feature. Audio output with front panel AUX input is device dependent. Overall, for the price this is a decent buy.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I removed a Sony Newer Unit, I just didn't like the display on. Its the same as you would find at Wal Mart. I put the Boss Boss Audio 745BA Car Audio Player in and was surprised how poor the sound was compared to the Sony. This Boss stereo lacks crisp, clean, bright, and bold sound. I thought it made my car seem like I just put $5.00 speakers in. So, after all the work of the install, I found myself removing it the next evening and putting the sony back in. My opinion is that it's a waste of my cash and I regret the purchase.
