I think this unit would be fine if once the cabling was plugged in and it stayed plugged in. We use our unit to test equipment and we are constantly plugging and unplugging the cables. The solder points on the back of the RCA connections broke from the board and this caused a loss of signal. I was able to take the unit apart and re-solder the connections, but a better factory job or bending over the pins when soldering would have prevented the need for the customer to take the unit apart. The LED light also worked its way loose. Otherwise this unit took the input signal and amplified it seven times as described with no noticeable loss of signal

The product did what it was supposed to. I had one composite video source and needed it sent to one projector and 6 TV monitors. It did fine. I did not test the quality with and without the distribution. Including s-video would be nice but I can't complain for the price.

I have used this distribution amplifier to three projectors, a switcher and VCR without loss of quality. It's small size neatly fits into our system.
