    Poor Control Placement

    Bottom Line:

    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    the product works well for my 90yr. old mother. she can now hear better however the volume control buttons are poorly placed on the hand set and she continually, unknowingly, lowers the volume. For a while she thought there was a problem with the phone. After some instruction i think she'll be able to handle this problem.
