I received the product and was using it in 5 minutes. Piece of cake to unpack, load batteries (not required - but suggested), and start listening. Audio is OK - a little short on bass, but these speakers are designed for portability and convenience, not concert hall sound. I'm pleased with my purchase and would recommend this item to friends.
