The headset is ill-fitting. It does not allow for adjustments to fit different ear configurations. In my case the ear piece actually rests near the top of my ear making it hard to hear through the ear piece, requiring the volume to be turned up louder and this results in disturbing people within 6-8 fit of you while you are using it. I would not recommed this product.
