I plug my ears in in the morning and listen all day, mostly to public radio; less often to MP3. These handy little earphones don't last long, but they're so inexpensive I just buy a batch of them & toss them when they stop working.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I like this inexpensive little headphone set. The earbuds direct the sound straight into your ears, not into the wall of your ear canal like most others, so there's no adjustment needed for clear sound. And the headband stays where you put it on the top of your head.
