I use this headset everyday and have owned several different bluetooth headsets over the years. This is by and far the best product I have ever used. I can't imagine a better headset with the excellent volume, fantastic reception, amazing noise-cancellation and simple design that the NX6000 has. Since I use this headset everyday it needed to be comfortable and this headset is VERY comfortable. It comes with a very unique ear-piece I have never seen before that fits inside the ear easily with little or no noticeable discomfort. I have worn this headset for 12 hour days and can't complain about the comfort level. The headset is easily changeable for use on the left or right ear and you can even change the volume buttons to work according to your preference. The single multi-function button is not a hassle to use and it is easy to push when you want it but not easily pressed accidentally, so far no accidental redials. I love the fact that the charger is a mini-USB cable so I can charge it with the included charger or a computer with a USB connection. The battery life is very good, I have used it for two days without recharging and never found it giving me notification it was going low. The sound on my end is very crisp and the volume can be adjusted if necessary but I don't find the need for it to be at the loudest setting as that is far to loud for me. The listening quality is also exception and I have never needed to ask someone to repeat anything they have already stated. The only downside I have found with my 3 weeks of use is the quality of the sound on the other parties end. It is high pitched and can even be to loud at time so there is absolutely no need to speak loudly while using this headset. I personally prefer this over having to be the guy walking down the street yelling into my headset. I speak with a soft voice and I still have not had a single person tell me they couldn't hear me or asked me to repeat something. In this regard it is without doubt the best bluetooth headset I have ever owned. The noise in the City of Chicago can be very load on the streets and while walking down the street with cars honking horns, wind blowing and the L going overhead I have not had anyone have trouble hearing me or even ask what the noise is. I asked an associate how the quality was when I talked to him on the streets in the situation above and he didn't know I was outside. He said it sounded just as I normally did on the headset while in a quiet indoor setting. This does prove the FrontWave noise-canceling technology nxZen has developed is extraordinary. In conclusion I would highly recommend this headset to anyone that wants high quality at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend this product and if you have the cash for it you won't need another headset for a long time. With the one exception of the higher pitched sound quality for those listening to you there are no downsides to this product. A+ Recommendation

I was fed up with the iPhone bluetooth headset's poor fit, so I got this because of its noise-cancellation sans the bulkiness of the Jawbone. I had hoped that its earhook would keep it in place, unlike the iPhone's headset. Inbound sound quality and volume is very good. However, outbound's not so good, as some callers complain that my voice is unclear. I'm often asked to repeat what I'm saying. Never had this problem with the iPhone bluetooth headset. Moreover, the earhooks and earbuds tend to pop off the headset. Since they're likely to get lost, I requested backup kits from the manufacturer.
