The Plantronics 855 delivers with solid performance and great sound. I can finally listen to all of my music from my phone and not have to tolerate the cumbersome headband/neckband like most bluetooth bi-aurals, or the necklace wires from others. The sound quality from my LG VX9900 and my Sony W900 via bluetooth is superb! The earbuds (in-ear type) fit perfect and block out all background noise, which is ideal for my noisy office environment. Having volume controls, track advance/repeat, call answer/drop, and even activate MP3 mode from the 855 buttons mean no more pulling the phone out repeatedly. Just extending the mic boom will answer incoming calls, and sliding the boom in will drop calls. Be aware that the control buttons are on the small side. I get approximately 6 hours of talk/music on full charge; AND if I need longer talk time, I remove the secondary earpiece and use as a standard bluetooth to get 8 hours talk time on full charge. The mic is sensitive and tends to pick up all background noise. The trade-off is that I can talk very low [like a whisper] so co-workers in adjoining cubies cannot hear my conversation! This is a wonderfully designed product, looks great, sounds incredible, and delivers on every claim.

The ease of use was good and bluetooth setup to phone was easy. Sound quality is not good. Even with volume all the way up, I could hear better on my phone than the headset. Callers heard more feedback than when just on phone too. Noise canceling is non existent on this headset.
