The Durango came with DVD playing capabilities built into the radio, but had no screen. It was fairly easy to add these for the kids to watch on road trips. The material matches nicely and doesn't feel thin or cheap - I was afraid of that. I don't have and IR headset to try this with, so can't comment on that. The headrest posts don't exactly match up with the old ones, so they don't quite click up and down as solidly as I'd like. The old ones had notches on the outside on one side and on the inside on the other. This has notches only on the inside, so only one side clicks in. But the picture is beautiful and the screens are big - almost too big for such close range.
