No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Replaced my Mimus 77 OEM speakers with a pair of Pyle Plg54 Gear X Series 5" 200-watt Mid Bass Woofers because they fit in the speaker box. I was not impressed with the performance. I Have purchased other Pyle's before with much better success.
