Really thin and good for it's price

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I used this on my 1st gen scion xb and it fits perfectly for the use. I wish it was more capable to handle more power because when you try to tune it for more bass it doesn't sound very good so you have to settle with a less aggressive hit from the bass to save quality. Overall it's not bad for the price and size, but there definitely are other 10" subs that hit harder, but easily doubled the price.
