Awesome, LOVE IT!!!

By Timber from Denver on 03/22/2011

I was hesitant to purchase the wireless docking station over the wired versions however I'm so glad I did. I was also skeptical that I would be able to run an external monitor, wireless mouse and keyboard, external HD, iPhone charger, USB drive, and Ethernet (I'm using this at a client site). However, I'm running it all through the wireless hub! The only thing I've noticed is that if I'm dragging a window on the external monitor the video is a little jumpy. I'm not noticing any issued with video, etc. Just when moving a window quickly. I actually anticipated that there would be some latency and this is all I've noticed. Hands down this works better than I expected and the only think I regret is that I didn't purchase it earlier!

Not happy

By Paula from Illinois on 03/17/2011

This product was suggested to me by Dell after I already ordered a XPS laptop from Dell and then was told that they do not have docking stations available for those machines. It sounded like a dream come true.

Not happy

By Paula from Illinois on 03/17/2011

This product was suggested to me by Dell after I already ordered a XPS laptop from Dell and then was told that they do not have docking stations available for those machines. It sounded like a dream come true. It did not install smoothly on the laptop and I had trouble getting some of the drivers to load. I need dual monitor capability (not the laptop screen) and this does not provide that (written in small print). This only allows one external monitor. I can net get the software to startup so that when I reboot I do not have to open the laptop to see a display and use the keyboard and mouse to sign in. What is the point of having this docking station when you still have to plug in a wireless adapter, plug in the power to your laptop, plug in the second external monitor and you can't start up the laptop and sign in unless you open the laptop lid and use the laptop keyboard and pad. This is for the President of my company and now I look like a moron. I can't return it because it is over the 30 days. I've purchased a SIIG Dual Display docking station that has the external dual monitor function and 2 usb ports to plug in other external devices. Even though he still has to plug in the power and plug in the device to the laptop it still works closer to our expectations especially since the external dual monitor is a must for him. :-( Sorry Toshiba, you usually over exceed my expectations.
