Good Sound, Easy To Set Up, Accurate Controls, Clear Signal
Great value for the price. The I/O jacks on this unit are fabulous-- which include: line-in, line out, sub-woofer out, headphone out, a second speaker RCA jack, as well as a strange Mix-In jack for karaoke types.
Scanning stations via the credit card remote is a bit challenging. But overall you'll probably use the 5 FM and 5 AM preset buttons more than the tuning function via the the remote. Station scanning on the unit's large front control is quite easy and intuitive.
The unit's volume control and source control are not the best positioned features on this fairly small radio and the lack of a front mounted headphone jack is a bit puzzling on an otherwise well thought-out piece of equipment.
Overall this is a very good sounding unit offering many very useful ports on it for people with alot of things to connect up to it.
We're using it to supply the whole office with HD tunes via the Pulse's line out jack. Very clean signals come out of the jacks and reception is just fine.
