The SMC6128L2 is a feature rich SMB focused 10/100 switch. The switch has 24 10/100 ports plus 4 gigabit ports for extra uplink capacity. Also it is comes installed with clustering s/w which will enable grouping together of other products. This 10/100 workgroup edge switch is designed to handle provide a flexible management architecture including clustering. It is capable of reaching up to 12.8Gbps with a non-blocking single chip switching architecture including the 4 gigabit ports. It provides cost-effective, Ethernet switching for bandwidth-intensive networks that require advanced switching features: Quality of Service (QoS) with four levels of priority, weighted fair queuing and L2/3/4 IP.
