Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
they are a bit on the delicate side, but are fantastic for running and the sound is outstanding in my opinion-the best i've ever had anyway. the ultimate running/workout headphones. i'd say the only drawback is comfort the way the earphones fit a little off but not that bad-still worth it.
