Steel ringlets are attached to the inside back cover instead of the spine so pages lie flat. 1" ring capacity holds approximately 240 sheets. Binder design provides increased capacity in the same shelf space over similar-sized, round-ring binders. Binder also features exposed rivets, a sturdy chipboard core and two clear interior pockets.
