It's just a clock man....Check your power outlet and backup battery. I love this clock.

Love it. The numbers on the clock are nice and big, for those of us that don't have the best eyesight. LCD is
nicely backlit. You can easily see day or night who is calling you. Ringer turns off, which is good for night-time. Everything is easy to use. This was the ONLY corded phone that had all the features that I personally wanted, and I searched all over the internet.

This poduct is a pain in the neck!! And it is impossible to get through to the manufacturer for trouble shooting. It deprograms itself and the display screen goes blank continuously. It has been very frustrating.

This is a good product as it did all that I expected. Surprisingly the feaures pertaining to this product didn't list battery back up, but this product does have it. I would have been surprised if it didn't. The screen is bright but hard to read across the room.
