    Be patient during the first half dozen start-ups. Once the gateway is used to your Internet provider, the start-up time will move from 2 minutes to less than 30 seconds. I love that this unit lets me keep my desktop computer turned off, yet still allows me to connect to the Internet with my networked devices - my old separate gateway and router would not do that.
    The only real con is that the bubble dome light with its moving LED lights is somewhat distracting and keeps the room lit brightly at night.
