I was very excited when this came because it is the perfect size for my car. This is designed for 2.0 USB, but it did not work in my car stereo. I think it might be because the piece that slides into the USB is not the fully enclosed kind. It slides into the bottom part of the port, but it is the kind that doesn't have the top part to fully enclose the tab inside the port. I have used the full-sized 2.0 ones that have the full enclosures on them, but this little guy did not work (sadly, because that is the main reason I bought it). It works great everywhere else, which is why I still gave it 4 stars, but it would have been an absolutely perfect 5-star if it had worked in my car stereo because the full-sized ones interfere with the gear shift lever.
