Powerful dual-polarized internal 19 dBi directional antennas extend wireless connections up to 5-miles point-to-point. High 26 dBm output power ensures high-receive sensitivity and 802.11n wireless speeds to 300 Mbps, reaching up to 90 Mbps at ½ mile away on 5 GHz provide fast streaming of surveillance footage. The 5 GHz frequency band makes the Wireless IP Surveillance solution ideal for RF-saturated areas full of pervasive 2.4 GHz traffic. The AP's tough IP55-rated waterproof and dustproof housing withstands harsh outdoor climates ensuring optimal performance. Powerful Surveillance With powerful, built-in IR LED illuminators and a removable mechanical IR Cut filter, the IP camera is able to provide clear image quality day or night in low light or total darkness up to 32 feet/10 meters. Managing lighting conditions and adjusting the digital exposure is made easy with Wide Dynamic Range Technology (WDR) which provides clear images even in highly backlit environments or where lighting intensity varies such as when the camera is directed toward windows, entry points or outdoors. Its ultra-wide angle 1-Megapixel lens captures high-resolution images over broader areas, reducing deployment costs by replacing multiple cameras and improving investigations by capturing better, more useful evidence. Simplified Setup and Maintenance The Outdoor AP is easy to install virtually anywhere. It includes a proprietary PoE injector (EPE-1212) to supply power for the unit while providing a data connection over the same Ethernet cable. This is especially useful for deployments where a power outlet may be scarce or unavailable-under the eaves of roofs, or high on light poles, extending power up to 100m.
