Posted on my Refrigerator with pen attached, I check off each supplement or exercise after I've done it. Each column is a week, labeled Sun-Sat. If a supplement is supposed to be taken three times a day, I use dots in that square. If once or twice, I use checkmarks. A zero means I either ran out of it, or I felt I was getting too much and needed to skip it. The 13 columnar is perfect for anything from a ten-day cleansing routine, to a 3-month healing protocol, to tracking actions which will result in habit change. I use it for health clients and music students. When we complain, "that didn't work" or "I'm not feeling better" or "not seeing progress" you can see clearly if there has been repetition/practice/diligence!

I've used these columnar pads for my business for nearly 20 years, I don't quite completely trust a program for my bottom line. I know my numbers and want to see them in front of me so I can plan for the coming year. Please don't discontinue printed columnar pads! I still run on old school accounting and it has't let me down yet!
