My elderly aunt has been unable to hear any of her family's calls and her quality of life was suffering because of it. I had looked over all the amplified phones available and determined this to be the best. Boy, was I correct! My aunt called to thank me and tell me the sound quality feature allowed her to make calls crystal clear. She also told me the ringer volume control allows her to hear the phone ring whenever she is in another room. Thank you so much for helping my aunt enjoy her golden years.
