It is user friendly and it is easy to transfer calls to and from the headset, which is good because I have gotten complaints from people saying they are not able to hear me while I am on the Bluetooth.

This is a nice little headset, but I'm not overwhelmed with its performance. People complain about static and echo. Just like any other bluetooth headset. It sounds good on my end, but this is no game-changer. I would buy it again, because there doesn't seem to be a perfect headset out there....

The sound quality is very good in for both the wearer and other party. Long uses of the device are somewhat uncomfortable but I find if you adjust the earpiece correctly you can wear it for extended periods of time. One other pet peeve is that the button options to switch the device into enhanced speech mode and to end a call should be reveresed. You frequently have to end calls but I have found you infrequently need to be in enhanced mode. Currently you press the main button to answer a call then if you press it again while in a call you go into enhanced mode. You need to press and hold the button for several seconds to end the call.
