when then say this camera is small and compact,its true,its about the same size as a deck of cards,real simple to use,great picture,3 different formats of recording to choose from.hd-gives about 1-hr,the 2 other standard formats give about 6-hrs on a 2gb SD card,which you need to buy,cause the built-in 32mb is for software use only,no recording.just turn power on,hit red button,starts recording,hit red button again stops recording.it separates files with #'s,so theres no more fast forwording tapes.comes with all cables needed.
