I purchased this heat sink to be installed over a new processor during a server upgrade from one to two processors. Product was exactly as pictured and described. Easy to install and an exact match to the heat sink already on my server board. Only disappointment was that I purchased Silver Thermal CPU Compound to apply at installation. The heat sink already had stripes of the compound applied to it. I wouldn't have needed to spend the $7 had I known this at the time of purchase. Beach Audio shipped the items quickly and I received them within 3 business days standard ground shipping.
