I started out looking for a medium range sub to complement my current 5 Polk Audio speakers. After doing research I realized I could get this 350 watt RMS 12" sub for around the same price range as many subs with under 200 watts. I am using a 5.1 setup through a digital Sony receiver. I use Optical Sound cables and a digital subwoofer connection cable. The sub has plenty of power and rocks the house. You can really crank it if you like to add some deep bass, and women really enjoy it. I recommend this sub to anyone, regardless of what you were looking for... this is the best amount of quality bass for the money!
