Installed this cable in new construction. Though it came on a spool I did not have any problems with tangles and knots when pulling it through the walls. When the house is complete and the system is in I will be able to let you know how it performs.

As always Monster make great cable. Use this cable for a new home installation and the sound is awesome. Very easy to install.

This is excellent speaker cable for in-wall use. It was well packaged and easy to install. While higher cost cable does claim to have additional benefits, this cable is THX certified for 30' lengths (for front speakers) and 60' lengths (for surround speakers). For many, if not most, users that should be more than sufficient.
