I tried the Metra GMOS-01/04 and found it did not emulate all the beeps and buzzing the car creates so I switched to the PAC OS2 and found it emulated all the chimes and beeps. The RAP works great as does OnStar. I replace my OEM Navigation, amplifier and speakers with new stuff and interfaced it with the OS2 and everything works great. Only thing I wish was different is that PAC does not provide wires on the harness for the pins that are not normally used and you may have to splice the factory wires in some cases. Other than that its the way to go.
