Love this cordless phone system. Nice design, compact, styling, great battery life, call block feature blocks annoying calls, strong volume levels, lighted keypad!

I've now been using this product for exactly one year (purchased early Sept. 2010) and I'm very satisfied with it. There are lots of useful features, the interface is intuitive, the display is bright and clear, and the buttons have a nice tactile feel. Also, these new-style handsets are much lighter, less slippery, have fewer sharp corners, recharge quicker, and have longer battery life than the old-style handsets from a few years ago. By the way, I'm not experiencing the problem that the previous reviewer ("manantarms") described. The numbers and letters are still completely legible on both of my handsets' buttons.

I am extremely dissappointed as just after 2 months of use, the phone's numbers (printed on buttons and keypad) rubbed right off. Now the phone looks old and is harder to use because you have to guess the number you want to press..
